The cooperation, work ethic and character displayed by your team, particularly by Eric Haines and Ray Dluzeski, was exemplary. This extremely important project would not have been completed on schedule and successfully if not for your firm's perseverance, insight and attention to detail. In addition to both Eric and Ray, your entire crew should be commended for their outstanding effort and quality workmanship.

Dear Pennsylvania Department of Transportation,
The Bourough Counsilman and residents of Hughsville would like to express their sincere thanks for a job well done to the Route 118/405 project. The years of hard work by the Department of Transportation, Lycoming County Planning, Larson Design and Don E. Bower, Inc. Your combined efforts have made us proud.
As a Borough we will continue to work in this area. We plan on fine tuning our Rotary Clock Park and we are also working with the American Legion, Vietnam Veterans, Hughsville Rotary and Downtown Association to come up with an even better attraction. We hope you will visit when that's completed.

Don E. Bower Inc, To Whom It May Concern,
The Geisinger System Services Construction Department has contracted with Don E. Bower, Inc. for various site work and excavation projects for a number of years. We have found their work first class with no problems associated with post completion call backs. Change orders have been limited and when required pricing has been easy to decipher, fair, and equitable.
Their staff has taken responsibility for actions, both in the field and office, and been very cooperative with our staff in maintaining schedules.
